In view of the upcoming NUS/NTU/SMU examinations, the management of Ping.sg has decided to hold the Indian food gathering as early as possible (please refer to previous forum thread here), on Saturday 5 April or Sunday 6 April 2008.
The proposed lunch venue is TAJ SAMUDRA RESTAURANT (certified Halal) at Little India. They have a buffet menu which consists of the following items:
- briyani rice / steamed rice
- naan
- mixed vegetable
- aloo fry
- rasam
- butter chicken
- mutton masala
- fish tikka masala
- lime juice
- others (a total of 15 items)
This buffet meal costs $10.50 nett, and will be available from 12pm to 5pm. This is neither covered under members' benefits nor claimable under our insurance coverage plan, which does not exist at the moment.
